For fulfilling the objectives, descriptive analysis has been conducted on the data of 504 IT sector employees who have relevant technical background. The variables have been measured with the help of self-administered questionnaire. Data was analysed through Structural equation modelling technique. IBM SPSS Amos software has been used to fit the SEM model. The outcome demonstrated that variables of OCB and Personality traits are significant representatives as proved in the first order constructs. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨资讯科技(IT)部门员工的人格因素及其对组织公民行为(OCB)的影响。本研究有助人力资源管理人员制订策略,甄选有组织公民行为表现的人员,从而帮助组织提高产出。为了实现目标,我们对504名具有相关技术背景的IT行业员工的数据进行了描述性分析。采用自填问卷对各变量进行了测量。采用结构方程建模技术对数据进行分析。采用IBM SPSS Amos软件对SEM模型进行拟合。结果表明,在一阶构式中,组织行为和人格特质的变量具有显著的代表性。我们发现人格特质与组织公民行为之间存在高度正相关。
