Tehsil Faisalabad Sadar have 49 male secondary schools according to http: open.punjab.gov.pk/schools/ and total number of populations 245 of public secondary schools’ teachers in Tehsil Faisalabad Sadar. A sample size of 150 teachers has been drawn through online sampling calculator www.surveys.system.com with confidence interval 5% and confidence level 95%. Well-structured questionnaire used to collect data from teachers. The study was descriptive and quantitative in nature. Data was analyzed through SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences).
