摘要

随着环境的复杂多变，传统的控制图已经不能满足日益工业化和复杂化的应用环境的需要。因此，本文分析了传统过程控制的不足，提出了基于Bianca提出的贝叶斯监测的多品种小批量生产动态质量控制方法。并以国内某电子芯片生产企业为例进行了贝叶斯监测研究，结果表明贝叶斯监测方法是切实可行的，有助于质量控制。
