摘要

从控制扩散氢含量的角度阐述了多层接头的制造工艺。测定了覆盖金红石电极或覆盖纤维素和碱性电极的多层焊接接头中沉积金属中的扩散氢含量。结果发现,经过四粒后,第一种工艺的可扩散氢含量从36ml / 100g下降到18ml / 100g,而第二种工艺的约40ml / 100g的可扩散氢含量下降到12ml / 100g。对这一现象的机理进行了解释,并提出了进一步研究的方向。
