Secondly, taking Sql server as the database management system, ASP and C# as the development language, Dreamweaver and Visual Studio as the development platform, the system of carbon performance evaluation of coal mines owned by the coal industry group based on B/S structure is designed, and the system can realize online evaluation for carbon performance of coal mines. 摘要

提出了一种基于主客观权重相结合的煤炭工业集团所属煤矿碳绩效在线评价方法。首先,提出了主客观权重相结合的煤业集团所属煤矿碳绩效评价方法:(1)构建了煤业集团所属煤矿碳绩效评价指标体系。(2)采用熵权法获得各指标的客观权重。(3)采用德尔菲法求得各指标的主观权重。(4)采用加权平均法求得各指标的综合权重。(5)采用线性插值法得到各煤矿各指标的得分。(6)采用加权平均法求得各煤矿的综合评价得分。其次,以Sql server为数据库管理系统,以ASP和c#为开发语言,以Dreamweaver和Visual Studio为开发平台,设计了基于B/S结构的煤业集团所属煤矿碳绩效评价系统,实现了煤矿碳绩效在线评价。最后,应用分析结果表明,该方法保证了煤矿碳绩效评价的客观性,大大提高了评价效率,实现了评价结果的共享和比较。
