Wide-input-voltage range design makes converter suffered from severe asymmetric operation under the nominal operation, which increases the DC-offset current in the transformer, size of the transformer, and unbalance of the voltage stresses of the secondary rectifiers. On the other hand, the proposed converter can reduce the DC-offset current in the transformer and relieve the unbalanced voltage stresses of the secondary rectifiers under the nominal operation by changing transformer turns-ratio with an auxiliary switch and capacitor. Therefore, the proposed converter can achieve high efficiency. 摘要

本文提出了一种减小变压器直流偏置电流的新型非对称半桥变换器。一般来说,为了满足保持时间条件,传统的非对称半桥变换器工作在宽输入电压范围内。宽输入电压范围的设计使变流器在标称运行下存在严重的不对称运行,增加了变压器内的直流偏置电流,增大了变压器的体积,增加了二次整流器电压应力的不平衡。另一方面,该变流器通过辅助开关和辅助电容改变变压器的匝比,可以减小变压器内的直流偏置电流,缓解二次整流器在标称运行下的电压不平衡应力。因此,所提出的变换器可以达到较高的效率。通过330 ~ 400v输入、300W/12V输出的样机实验结果,验证了所提变换器的有效性。
