摘要
首次建立了高效液相色谱法(UPLC),同时鉴定了黄芪赤风汤有效部位中芍药苷、prim- o - glucosylcimigin、芒柄花素、毛蕊花素和刺芒柄花素的5种主要成分。结果表明,该方法可用于HQCF的质量控制。
Simulatneous Determination of 5 Major Constituents in the Effective Fractions of Huangqichifeng Medicinal Broth, by UPLC-UV
