摘要

研究了单帧无透镜显微成像的重建算法。介绍了无透镜显微成像系统的实验装置和角谱法的重建算法。通过与USAF分辨率平板图像的分辨率对比,角谱法获得的幅值图像分辨率可达3.1 $\mu \mathrm{m}$,证明了该方法是一种较好的单帧无透镜显微镜成像重建算法。结果表明,无透镜成像视场是5倍光学显微镜的4.4倍,分辨率介于5倍光学显微镜和10倍光学显微镜之间。
