Based on the hardware circuit of the great power semiconductor laser driver which has been completed, we focus on theoretic analysis for export circuit using the Protel99SE simulator. The paper researches on experimental method to the main unit circuit, and proposes the experimental method which differs from hardware experiment. 摘要

半导体激光器在光纤通信、信息存储与读取、高效泵浦源等方面的应用越来越广泛。这就对激光驱动器的性能和安全性提出了很高的要求。在已经完成的大功率半导体激光驱动器硬件电路的基础上,重点对Protel99SE模拟器输出电路进行了理论分析。对主单元电路的实验方法进行了研究,提出了不同于硬件实验的实验方法。结果表明,该设计是准确的,可以保证驱动器输出电路稳定电流达到250mA。
