摘要

目的观察低温等离子消融治疗眼表疾病的疗效,评价其临床应用价值和意义。方法回顾性分析2015年11月至2016年8月在重庆医科大学第一附属医院眼科就诊的5例(6眼)眼部肿瘤患者,其中2例乳头状瘤、2例结膜肉芽增生、1例结膜鳞状细胞癌,病变切除联合局部低温等离子消融治疗。随访2 ~ 11个月,观察创面修复情况及新生生物复发情况。结果所有射频消融术患者手术切口及止血效果理想,创面均修复良好,随访期间1例无复发。结论低温等离子消融治疗眼表生物有良好的效果,在眼部疾病的治疗中有广阔的应用前景。关键词:等离子体消融;眼表新生物;乳头状瘤;鳞状细胞癌
