After treatment with two IOP lowering medications and early cessation of steroids, the topographic and manifest astigmatism gradually resolved with improvement in visual acuity.</p></div><div><h3>Conclusion</h3><p>Pressure induced stromal keratitis (PISK) can have an asymmetric presentation that may manifest with an increase in corneal curvature. Corneal topography changes are not typically reported with PISK.
