摘要

以十二烷基MPCs为原料,通过交换反应制备了三甘醇功能化的金纳米粒子。1H NMR允许测定烷基与三乙二醇官能化的硫醇的1:1的比例,而TEM图像显示平均直径为5.4±1.3nm。这种新材料在不同醇中的溶液紫外-可见光谱显示出表面等离子体谱带的移动,这符合Mie理论。这表明能够与溶剂相互作用的保护性单层的存在不会影响金芯的光学性质。这些功能MPC显示出酸诱导的团簇的形成,其是时间依赖性的,并且其对聚集体的光学性质的影响是溶剂依赖性的。
