Central Regulatory Circuit of the Drosophila Mechanoreceptor Morphogenesis System: Effects of Mutations
We describe a mathematical model of the functioning of the central regulatory circuit of
gene networks for the morphogenesis of Drosophila mechanoreceptors taking into account
mutations of the genes included in it. Computational experiments have been carried out showing
the existence of a hierarchy of effects of CRC gene mutations on the production of ASC proteins.
