摘要

对于复杂旋转机械噪声状态的诊断,人们进行了各种各样的研究。为了有效、客观地评价鼓风机电机的噪声状况,建立了基于振动信号的诊断指标。风机电机异常引起的最常见的噪音是滴答声和音调声。根据产生原因和噪声特性,采用时频分析诊断嘀嗒噪声,采用频域平滑诊断音调噪声。利用所建立的指标对风机电机的噪声状况进行了诊断,并与专家的诊断结果进行了比较。结果,符合率约为95%。
