The precipitation of xanthan gum was done after 48 hours and the yield was high in acidified molasses and acidified aerated molasses comparing to acidified sugarcane molasses. Xanthomonas campestris produced xanthan yield of 12.23 g/l using acidified molasses and acidified aerated molasses. 摘要

研究了甘蔗黄单胞菌从预处理甘蔗糖蜜(酸化糖蜜和酸化曝气糖蜜)中生产黄原胶的工艺。在不同的pH、温度和培养时间下,对两种预处理甘蔗糖蜜的黄原胶产量进行了优化。1%酸化糖蜜和1%酵母浸膏为氮源的酸化曝气糖蜜在30℃条件下培养3 d产量最高。黄原胶的沉淀在48 h后进行,酸化糖蜜和酸化曝气糖蜜的产率比酸化甘蔗糖蜜高。利用酸化糖蜜和酸化曝气糖蜜,油菜黄单胞菌的黄原胶产量为12.23 g/l。与其他生产工艺相比,该发酵工艺具有利用农业工业废弃物为原料,提高黄原胶产量的优势。
