Maximum improvement in the plant growth parameters was observed with combined application of T. viride @ 10 g/pot + neem cake @ 100 g/pot. Carbofuran 3G @ 2 kg a.i./ha was found most effective in controlling root knot nematodes. T. viride @ 10 g/pot + neem cake @ 100 g/pot increased crop yield by 77 %, compared to 60 % with carbofuran. 以比哈尔邦为例,研究了单独施用和联合施用绿色木霉及其他有机改良剂对植物生长和线虫繁殖参数的影响,并与化学药剂、呋糠胺3G和未经处理的防治根结线虫进行了比较。10 g/盆绿苔+ 100 g/盆印楝饼对植株生长参数的改善最大。在防治根结线虫方面,2 kg a.i./ha的呋喃3G最有效。10克/罐的翠素+ 100克/罐的印楝饼可使作物产量提高77%,而使用呋喃可提高60%。印楝饼能提高生物防治药剂的防治效果,其原因可能是由于真菌生物药剂的毒性作用减少了线虫的数量,也可能是印楝饼添加剂作为粪肥用于管理隐僵菌。
