摘要

本文考察了企业社会责任对在塞尔维亚共和国经营的银行财务绩效的影响。该研究以2006年至2019年期间的七家银行为例,采用面板数据分析。使用Pooled OLS、固定效应法和随机效应法三种不同的估计方法获得参数估计。研究结果表明,企业社会责任的两个维度对银行财务绩效有显著的影响;环境责任对通过ROA表达的业务结果有积极影响,而对业务基本原则的尊重和银行业务的成功有消极影响。
