The sample used in the research comprises 140 managers from the banking sector in Serbia. The research was performed in 2019. The research methodology includes a literature review in the area of leadership and a statistical analysis of the data collected. The regression models were created to investigate the relations between leadership styles and demographic factors of age and educational level of managers. The results of the research pointed that there are positive statistically significant relations between the transformational and transactional leadership styles and level of education, while in the case of age, there are negative relations observed. 摘要

本文的主要目的是研究性别、年龄和教育水平对领导风格的影响,基于多因素领导问卷(MLQ)方法。研究中使用的样本包括来自塞尔维亚银行业的140名经理。该研究于2019年进行。研究方法包括在领导领域的文献综述和收集数据的统计分析。建立回归模型,探讨领导风格与年龄、受教育程度等人口统计学因素的关系。研究结果表明,变革型领导风格和交易型领导风格与受教育程度之间存在显著的正相关关系,而与年龄之间存在显著的负相关关系。作者提出了本研究的实际意义和理论意义以及局限性。
