摘要

目的:研究慢性鼻窦炎伴(CRSwNP)和不伴(CRSsNP)鼻息肉患者鼻组织中肌束蛋白的表达。方法:对11例CRSwNP患者和10例CRSsNP患者鼻组织中fastin的表达进行免疫组化评价,并与对照组进行比较。结果:在CRSwNP的息肉上皮细胞和CRSsNP的鼻组织中发现了fastin的强烈表达。在CRSsNP的固有层和鼻上皮细胞中均观察到其强表达。与CRSsNP相比,CRSwNP患者鼻黏膜中筋膜蛋白过表达更为明显。此外,息肉组织中的增殖上皮细胞免疫染色较弱,而成熟细胞表达更多的束蛋白。结论:CRSwNP和CRSsNP与筋膜蛋白过表达相关,使筋膜蛋白成为有希望的治疗干预靶点。
