First report of hemosiderotic adenodermatofibroma in Brazil

Hemosiderotic adenodermatofibroma is a recently recognized lesion, characterized by a dermal nodule with cystic structures of an apocrine gland, surrounded by a dermatofibroma-like stroma with hemosiderotic macrophages.
