在韩国真菌多样性调查中,分别从杨平和山清稻田土壤中分离到KNU17-1和KNU17-199两株真菌。对这些真菌分离株进行形态特征分析和ITS rDNA分子系统发育分析。根据形态和系统发育特征,分离株KNU17-1和KNU17-199分别鉴定为疣状白弧菌(Albifimbria verrucaria)和coprophila。据我们所知,国内尚未报道疣状芽孢杆菌和粪杆菌。因此,这是国内首次报道该物种。
