摘要

本研究旨在探讨纺织企业员工胜任力、创造力与绩效三者在产品竞争力之关系。分析了时间充分性对提高员工绩效和产品竞争力的调节作用。本研究采用结构方程模型，对印尼331家纺织中小企业的662名员工进行问卷调查。分析发现，员工胜任力对创造力、绩效和产品竞争力有正向影响。此外，时间充分性在加强员工创造力、绩效和产品竞争力之间的联系中起到调节作用。
