摘要

为了评估野生水库作为匈牙利“黄斑病”暴发的可能来源所代表的风险,对种植在葡萄园地区的多种野生多年生植物进行了16SrV-C和D亚群植物原体的检测。采用巢式PCR-RFLP方法,在桤木(86%感染)和铁线莲(71%感染)中检测到16SrV植物原体。通过进一步的图谱基因测序,发现这两种植物菌株的图谱基因序列与“黄酮症”菌株相同。
