摘要

科技和智能移动设备(如手机、平板电脑)的发展改变了游客预订旅游服务的行为。基于技术接受模型,本研究旨在探讨影响越南青年使用移动应用程序预订住宿意愿的因素。对218名用户的分析显示,有四个因素影响着用户使用移动应用程序进行预订的行为:表现预期、努力预期、社会影响和享乐动机。除了确定影响使用意向的因素外,本研究还提出了一些建议,以帮助开发人员和供应商改进他们的应用程序,并为未来制定合适的产品策略。
