摘要
根据Rick Altman(2011)提出的方法，通过对电影《突击13号警区》(John Carpenter, 1976)和《邻接之声》(O Som ao Redor, Kleber Mendonca Filho, 2012)的一般解读，本研究的目的是分析这些电影如何重新象征西部片。对比分析的目的是为了证明美国和巴西在法律制度化方面的差异在电影的性别方面发挥了重要作用。关键词:当代西方，法律制度化，国家建设。
