摘要

传统采样所需的采样间隔小,当信号过长时,样本量增大,消耗的时间越多,占用的存储空间也越多。采用基于Dice系数原子匹配准则(DOMP)的改进正交匹配追踪(OMP)算法,以Daubechies小波变换基为稀疏变换基,高斯随机矩阵为测量矩阵,对图像进行重构。在DOMP算法的原子匹配中,引入了算术均值来代替几何均值,利用Dice度量使矢量中重要分量的作用更加突出,从而可以更准确地从字典中挑选出与残差矢量原子的最佳匹配。实验结果表明,在相同数量的测量值下,图像的重建误差有很大的改善。重建图像的质量提高约2%,重建图像的概率提高约7%,该算法具有较高的应用价值。
