It adopts quantitative methodological framework which collected data from annual reports of selected organizations registered in Lahore Stock Exchange (LSE) of Pakistan. This study used both Regression analysis and correlation techniques to find the relationship and degree of relationship between entrepreneurial human capital and organizational performance. The findings show that entrepreneurial human capital (Education, Experience and skills) are positively associated with the performance of organizations. 摘要

Does the Entrepreneurial Human Capital is Important for Organizational Performance
