In view of the problems encountered in the teaching process and the solutions adopted, this paper summarizes the issues needing attention during the online teaching. 2020年新年伊始，2019冠状病毒病(COVID-19)突然席卷全国。为防止人群传播，教育部提出“停课但不停止教与学”。地方高校学生在自律性、自觉性和主动性方面存在明显差异。这样的现实情况给我们如何有效地开展化学专业的网络教学提出了巨大的挑战。以“材料化学”专业在线教学为例，介绍了地方高校化学专业在线教学的过程。针对教学过程中遇到的问题及采取的解决措施，总结了网络教学中应注意的问题。希望本文能为地方高校化学专业的网络教学提供一些有益的参考。
