The animals were treated by dissolving the samples in 30 ml of distilled water and administered orally for 45 days. Blood samples were collected from the jugular vein during first day (first period), twelfth day (second period) fort- fifth day (third period) to carrying out blood tests. The results showed was significant increase (P≤0.05) in the count of the red blood cells, hemoglobin concentration and Hematocrit of second and third groups as compared with first group. While the second group was significant increase in the number of white blood cells compared with the first and third groups. 摘要

本试验旨在研究酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)添加硒或锌对伊拉克山羊母羊某些血液学特性的影响。选取17只2-2.5岁、平均体重(bw) 37.5±2.5 kg、至少生育过一次的成年母山羊。随机分为3组,1组5只,2组和3组6只。所有的羊都吃同样的口粮。1组(G1)不处理,作为对照组,2组(G2)饲喂富硒酵母(0.03 g/kg/bw), 3组(G3)饲喂富锌酵母(0.2 g/kg/bw)。将样品溶解于30毫升蒸馏水中,并口服45天。在第1天(第1期)、第12天(第2期)和第5天(第3期)抽取颈静脉血样进行血液检测。结果显示,与第一组相比,第二组和第三组的红细胞计数、血红蛋白浓度和红细胞压积均显著升高(P≤0.05)。而与第一组和第三组相比,第二组的白细胞数量显著增加。由此可见,酿酒酵母与硒或锌的协同作用可能改善了猪的某些血液学方面的状况。
