摘要

本文利用2003 - 2012年中国各省数据，运用面板阈值回归模型实证检验了市场化对对外直接投资(OFDI)逆向技术溢出效应的影响。结果表明，当市场化程度超过一定阈值水平时，对外直接投资具有正向的反向技术溢出效应。考虑到区域市场化水平的差异，中国可以通过加快实施对外直接投资市场政策改革来提高全要素生产率。
