摘要

目的了解儿童急性呼吸道感染(ARI)的抗生素使用情况。设计描述性横断面研究。设置科伦坡Lady Ridgeway医院的5个医疗病房。100名2个月到12岁的ARI患儿。方法采用问卷调查法收集资料。记录在床头票上的信息也被使用。结果39例急性呼吸道感染患儿入院前均给予抗生素治疗。71例急性呼吸道感染患儿入院后给予抗生素治疗。只有24名儿童有临床、实验室或放射学证据表明细菌感染。结论47%可能为非细菌性ARI的患儿在病房内被不必要地开了抗生素。
