摘要

目的研究汤剂细胞因子对变应性鼻炎患者的影响，探讨其治疗机制。方法将120例患者随机分为3组，变应性鼻炎(AR)组40例，正常对照组40例，培硝司特钾片组40例。ELISA法测定血清IL-4、IL-12水平。结果培米罗司特钾煎剂组血清IL-4水平较AR组(68.265±0.542)(38.547±1.065)显著降低(P<0.01)，培米罗司特钾煎剂组血清IL-12水平较AR组(9.872±1.514)(15.245±1.598)显著升高(P<0.01)。它们之间存在正相关关系。结论培米司特钾片煎剂治疗变应性鼻炎的机制是降低IL-4水平，升高IL-12水平，提示IL-4和IL-12是过敏性鼻炎发病的重要因素。关键词:培米司特钾片;过敏性鼻炎;白介素
