摘要

肝功能衰竭是一组发展迅速、预后危险的严重临床综合征。近年来，国内外有许多评价肝功能衰竭患者预后的生物标志物，如中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值、甲胎蛋白、半乳糖凝集素-3、骨桥蛋白、高尔基蛋白73、人β -防御素-1等，这些生物标志物对早期发现肝功能衰竭患者，准确评价其预后，制定有效的治疗方案具有重要意义。关键词:肝衰竭;预后;中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比率;高尔基蛋白73;人类β-defensin-1
