摘要

锌指蛋白ZBTB20是ZBTB锌指蛋白家族的新成员,与BCL-6和PLZF同源性最密切。最近对转基因小鼠和患者队列的研究表明,ZBTB20在包括神经系统、肝脏、胰岛和免疫系统在内的多个器官和系统中发挥着不可或缺的作用。ZBTB20是机体发生、痛觉、学习记忆、糖脂代谢等多种生理过程的重要调控因子。同时,近年来的研究也表明ZBTB20的异常或功能障碍与疾病的病理生理过程密切相关,如发育不良、智力迟钝、肿瘤、代谢紊乱等。ZBTB20作为控制AFP基因转录的关键抑制因子,对出生后肝脏AFP基因失活有很大影响,与肝细胞癌变的预后密切相关。在人类中,在多种肿瘤中检测到ZBTB20的缺失,其点突变导致报春花综合征。本文对ZBTB20的生物学功能进行了综述。
