Nevertheless, this concept fail to explain the nature of social bonds recreated by this experiences and the competences requiered to face the daily requirements of the business. 摘要

本文通过对布宜诺斯艾利斯省圣马丁区3号环境综合体中管理“社会循环工厂”的一群工人的经验,对就业能力的概念进行了反思。这项研究始于2003年,并继续得到阿根廷科技部的支持。我们的研究表明,就业能力的话语有效地限制了这些工人对他们有权享有的社会权利的期望。然而,这一概念未能解释这种经历所创造的社会纽带的本质,以及面对日常业务需求所需的能力。基于这些证据,我认为劳动力岗位的分配不能被视为一种市场交易,因为劳动力市场并不存在。
