摘要

采用常规石蜡切片法对育苗嫁接油茶愈合体发育过程进行解剖观察。结果表明,在嫁接后第4天,奶子籽嫁接接穗形成隔离层,第8天,砧木中出现愈伤组织,第16天,接穗中出现愈伤组织,第22天,砧木与接穗连接,第29天,奶子籽嫁接接穗形成维管形成层,第35天,维管束形成,说明奶子籽嫁接的幼苗成活。乳子嫁接油松愈伤组织诱导前,砧木初生组织结构加速生长发育,逐渐向接穗结构靠拢。嫁接结合中的形成层和其他薄壁细胞均可诱导产生愈伤组织,但形成层是愈伤组织的主要来源。
