The overall coupling and coordination degree of the tertiary hospitals were better than that of the secondary hospitals, and the highest score was in central Anhui. \n \n \nConclusions \nSingle-dimensional evaluation method cannot objectively represent a general picture of the hospitals. On the other hand, coupling coordination degree evaluation can provide a more comprehensive and objective result. 摘要

目的评价安徽省二级和三级公立医院的规模、效率和质量,并分析三个维度之间的耦合和协调程度。方法从安徽省卫生健康委员会直报系统中抽取32家医院的数据。采用DEA模型评价医院效率,TOPSIS模型评价医院质量,采用耦合函数分析耦合协调度。结果在单维度评价中,三个维度在不同级别医院之间的分布存在显著差异,二级医院的效率和质量优于三级医院。在耦合评价中,安徽省的平均耦合协调度为0.637,处于“初级协调”水平。三级医院的整体耦合协调程度优于二级医院,其中皖中地区得分最高。结论单向度评价方法不能客观反映医院的全貌。另一方面,耦合协调度评价可以提供更全面、客观的结果。医院的发展战略要因地制宜,协调规模、效益、质量的发展。关键词:医院;公立;DEA;指标值;耦合与协调度;规模
