The case study was conducted in the context of Rio 2016 Olympic Games, and data were collected among teachers who attended the Transforma Program, through an online questionnaire (n = 617). The results of a structural equation model indicate that the Olympic legacy measured through four factors contributed positively to the educational development of teachers as well as to their Olympic knowledge.
