Polarized photoluminescence of Alq3 thin films obtained by the method of oblique-angle deposition
. We show that the degree of linear polarization of the photoluminescence of tris-(8-hydroxyquinoline)aluminium (Alq 3 ) thin film can be increased by about 10 times, using a method of oblique-angle deposition. This is due to greater ordering of molecular alignment in this thin film.
