摘要

我们利用高重复率的皮秒级激光脉冲,在SAE 304不锈钢板表面建立了高精度的表面微观结构。由于逐行激光烧蚀技术,表面获得交叉凹槽图案。研究了微结构金属表面的润湿性。微结构表面提供了具有良好防腐和抗菌性能的超疏水性,可以显着扩展底层材料的应用范围。
