摘要

我们研究了NaNO2嵌入导致的InSe单晶物理性质的变化。分析了晶体点阵扩展的程度。考察了原始的铟硒单晶和两倍或四倍膨胀晶体的性质。此外,我们还分析了在恒定磁场下,量子容量对两倍膨胀的铟硒包合物电流通过过程的影响。在光照条件下,研究了两倍膨胀铟硒包合物在低频磁场下的“负电容”效应。
