In the future, practical implement-tation of such models will be based on elicitation of expert knowledge to construct a fuzzy transition matrix. 本文将提出基于情景依赖的经济、社会、政治、精神和生态发展指标的社会环境可持续性评价和预测的模糊方法。模糊方法是在取自不同来源的指标的新数据库的基础上应用的，不仅可以反映静态的，而且可以反映动态的发展。未来，此类模型的实际实现将基于专家知识的启发来构建模糊转移矩阵。本文建立的模糊模型为支持社会环境可持续性决策提供了一种新的方法。
