The thoracoscopic revision of the pleural cavity, as well as the identification and subsequent histological verification of ectopic endometriosis foci, play a crucial role in patient management. This case report describes the successful treat-ment of a patient with recurrent catamenial tension pneumothorax and following multidisciplinary analysis.
