The work presented in this paper has significant impact on the use of ferrate(VI) in water and waste water treatment practice; the online production and application of ferrate(VI) resolves problems of the instability and needs no transportation. The current efficiency of ferrate(VI) generation was up to 70% through the developed system, which is relatively high. 摘要
本文旨在研究一项相对较新的技术——高铁酸盐(VI)的在线生成和应用,用于污水处理,从中试到全面试验,在英国南方水务有限公司的海尔沙姆北污水处理厂进行。本文所提出的工作对高铁酸盐(VI)在水和废水处理实践中的使用具有重要影响;高铁酸盐(VI)的在线生产和应用解决了不稳定和不需要运输的问题。通过所开发的系统,目前高铁酸盐(VI)的生成效率高达70%,是比较高的。与高剂量硫酸铁相比,高铁酸盐的投加量在0.01 ~ 0.2 mg Fe 6+ /L之间,达到了同样的除磷目标;这将减少化学品需求和污泥产量,从而降低运营成本,并在处理污水方面节省大量成本。
