Methods: Observational study of ambispective cohort in patients with deep vein thrombosis (DVT) of the iliac segment of the Central Hospital of the State of Chihuahua, during the period from March 2014 to June 2016. Patients were divided in two groups, one treated with anticoagulation and the other with CDT + anticoagulation to evaluate its effect on the prevention of SPT.
