Conclusions: This study reports heart diseases and comorbidities in a cardiology service. 目的:了解秘鲁某医院心脏病科所有患者的心脏病患病率及其合并症。材料和方法:2016年1月至2017年12月在秘鲁一家三级医院进行描述性观察性研究。结果:我们纳入了446例进入服务的患者。最常见的心脏病是心力衰竭(51.57%)、先天性心脏缺陷(23.99%)、心房颤动(17.49%)和急性心肌梗死(14.57%)。最常见的合并症是动脉高血压(7.62%)、慢性肾病(5.38%)和糖尿病(2.02%)。结论:本研究报告了心脏病学服务中的心脏病和合并症。这些结果将为其他研究的样本方法服务，并可能对卫生管理人员有用，因为他们将有证据优先考虑最常见疾病的资源。
