精益是通过消除非增值活动为组织实现更高价值的系统方法之一。它是一套综合的工具、技术和原则,旨在优化成本、质量和交付,同时提高安全性。在越南,工业废物的管理和处理已经成为一个严重的问题。本研究的目的是展示精益应用在工业废物收集和输送改进中的有效性。通过案例分析,阐述了如何将精益工具和原则应用于废物管理和处理,如价值流映射、拉式系统、可视化控制和Andon等,以获得经济效益和环境效益。此外,研究结果也为越南以及其他与越南在节约成本和可持续发展废物管理方面条件相似的国家的企业提供了良好的经验。
