Linear correlation analysis between variables was performed using Pearson’s or Spearman’s tests. P-value < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results The 0V% index increased, the 2UV% index and the normalized complexity index decreased with an increase of HTx postoperative time. There were a negative correlation between complexity indexes and 0V% and a positive correlation between complexity indexes and 2UV%. 摘要

目的应用符号动力学分析方法,探讨原位心脏移植术后不同时间个体的心脏自主神经调节行为。方法对60例HTx术后患者进行评价。我们用心脏监测器Polar®RS800CX™(Polar Electro Oy, Kempele, Finland)记录瞬时R-R间隔(RRi) 10分钟。采用256个连续拍的相同RRi序列进行频谱分析和符号动力学分析。我们使用分层聚类来组成组。组间差异分析采用单因素方差分析(ANOVA)(采用Holm-Sidak法)或单因素Kruskal-Wallis检验(采用Dunn’s事后检验)。采用Pearson’s或Spearman’s检验对变量进行线性相关分析。p值< 0.05认为有统计学意义。结果随着HTx术后时间的增加,0V%指数升高,2UV%指数和归一化复杂性指数降低。复杂性指数与0V%呈负相关,与2UV%呈正相关。结论符号动力学指标能够显示HTx受体术后不同时间的心脏自主神经调节模式。
