This paper describes the situation of commercial sexual exploitation that children and adolescents living in the Historic Center and the Rodadero in the city of Santa Marta, analyzing demand and supply in the market, taking into account the interaction of actors :, issue the operator, the exploited, the consumer, the main public policy makers and formal tourism represents, and their participation in the dynamics of this unwanted market; which it has become a scourge of society samaria, tourism and environment.
