背景:阿片类药物被广泛用于治疗癌性疼痛和非恶性疼痛。关于非恶性疼痛患者阿片类药物滥用(OM)的信息很多，但关于癌症患者的证据较少。目的:对癌性疼痛患者OM的流行病学、危险因素、临床工具和演变等现有证据进行识别、评价和综合。方法:采用数据提取和叙事综合的综合系统评价方法。检索PubMed、Web of Science和PsychINFO数据库，检索截至2017年12月31日发表的文章。研究纳入标准如下:1)以英语、西班牙语或法语发表;2)包含癌症疼痛患者OM患病率或发病率的数据;或/和3)提供有关OM危险因素、死亡率、持续时间和缓解情况的信息。
